Royal Lancaster Hotel, London
The Quadrennial conference for a national trade association, this event presented CVP with a test of logistical management. Given a restricted access time to the venue, this meeting for 450 was rigged in four hours, even giving time for rehearsals before the show started. Through co-ordinated project management, preparation of equiptment and working closely with the client, our team delivered the event to schedule, despite last minute alterations.

Annual Conference, Venice
Venice was the location of two annual conferences in 2012 for CVP Oxford, and some unique challenges. By developing local contacts, this assisted us in organising the logistical delivery of equipment onto the island of Giudecca, using articulated lorries on floating motor pontoons. At the clients’ request, the Gala Dinner was kept within the Annual Conference Venue. We turned the Conference room into a Venetian Ballroom. The Ballroom was lit with our moving head lights, and LED fixtures, which was made possible with a truss structure, allowing the evenings performances space to shine. Our 3k sound system allowed the band and disco to close a successful Conference.
Electric Car Trial, Oxford
A local manufacturer contacted CVP to provide the technical support for the launch of a brand new car. Delighted to be a part of this prestigious event CVP assisted with the hand-over to trial participants. Branding was of paramount importance to the project, and was therefore worked into the stage designs, while other areas of the event were updated to coordinate with branding guidelines. Audio feeds were provided to local news and media channels which required seamless co-ordination with a range of local suppliers. Throughout this exciting event, our service quality remained outstanding. CVP is proud to have been a part of this event.
Chemical Factory, Bicester
A change of management is not always the smoothest of times, however this large introduction to new staff and executives, hosted in a silicon factory, helped to ease the transition. Working in a limited, and in-use, industrial environment helped to make this one of the more memorable events for our on-site crew. Special precautions had to be taken due to the nature of the manufacturing taking place, all of which were followed, and all procedures complied with. After speeches in English and Korean from the management, the event rounded off with a small drinks reception for the assembled guests and staff.
